Cause Analysis of Frost Damage of Railway Subgrade in Dandong-Dalian Railway and Its Renovation Countermeasures

摘要 结合丹东-大连铁路设计标准并针对其开通以来发生的路基冻胀问题,通过现场取样分析、数值模拟计算分析路基冻胀成因,研究处理对策。结果表明:路基发生冻害的主要原因为基床底层填料不良且其细颗粒含量较高,涵洞顶存在双向冻结现象。建议采取强化疏排水、不良填料改性和填料强化置换等措施在夏季、秋季进行综合整治,以减少或消灭冬季冻害,降低冬季现场作业频次。 Combining with the design standard of Dandong-Dalian Railway and according to the problem of subgrade frost heave since its opening,the causes of subgrade frost heave were analyzed by field sampling analysis and numerical simulation calculation and the countermeasures were studied. The results show that the main cause of subgrade frost damage is that the bad filling and high content of fine particles in the bottom of the subgrade bed,and there is bidirectional freezing phenomenon at the top of culvert. It is suggested that measures such as strengthened drainage, modification of bad filling and intensified replacement of filling should be taken in summer and autumn to reduce or eliminate winter frost damage and reduce the frequency of field operations in winter.
