疏松砂岩稠油油田防砂工艺模拟试验研究 被引量:9

摘要 位于南海珠江口盆地的E油田H组油藏属于中孔高渗、疏松砂岩稠油油藏,开发过程中极易出砂。目前该油田部分开发井采用独立筛管简易防砂,产能无法达到油田开发方案设计要求。为了确定合理的防砂工艺与防砂参数,利用防砂物理模拟试验系统,针对主力储层H18层砂岩特点,进行了不同挡砂精度筛管的简易防砂和砾石充填防砂试验研究。试验结果表明:挡砂精度为125、149和177μm的筛管在简易防砂和砾石充填防砂条件下均能满足海洋石油防砂要求;简易防砂时,125μm筛管抗堵塞能力最好,但149μm筛管平均比采油指数最高;管外充填20~40目砾石时,149μm筛管抗堵塞能力最好,同时比采油指数也最高。相比简易防砂,砾石充填防砂工艺能够延缓筛管堵塞过程,因此建议E油田H18储层采用149μm筛管管外充填20~40目砾石进行防砂。 The Group H reservoir of the E Oilfield located in the Pearl River Mouth Basin of the South China Sea is a medium-porosity high-permeability and loose sandstone heavy oil reservoir,which is prone to sanding during production.At present,some development wells in the oilfield use independent screens for simple sand control,and the production capacity cannot meet the design requirements of oilfield development plans.To select proper sand control technology and sand control parameters,based on the sandstone characteristics of the key reservoir H18,the sand control physical simulation experiment system is used to carry out simple sand control and gravel pack sand control experiments with different sand retaining precision screens.The experiment results show that the screens with sand-retaining size of 125μm,149μm and 177μm can meet the requirements of sand control under simple sand control and gravel pack sand control conditions.The 125μm screen pipe has the best anti-plugging capacity for simple sand control.The 149μm screen pipe has the average highest specific production index.When 20~40 mesh gravels are packed outside the screen pipe,the 149μm screen has the best anti-plugging capacity and the highest specific production index.Compared with simple sand control,the gravel pack sand control can delay the screen plugging process.Gravel pack sand control with 20~40 mesh gravels and 149μm screen pipe is recommended for the sand control of H18 reservoir in E Oilfield.
