蚕食清创术联合痰热清促进糖尿病足溃疡修复的效果分析

Clinical effects of nibbling debridement combined with Tanreqing in promoting the ulcer repair of diabetic foot

目的分析蚕食清创术联合痰热清促进糖尿病足溃疡修复的临床效果。方法将226例糖尿病足溃疡患者根据其入院编号的奇偶性均分为研究组和对照组,每组113例。对照组进行常规护理干预的同时实施蚕食清创术,研究组在对照组基础上联合实施痰热清治疗,比较2组临床疗效、治疗后创口愈合时间、痊愈后复发率以及治疗前后创面细菌数量和血流量。结果治疗后,与对照组相比,研究组的临床总有效率更高、创口愈合时间更短、痊愈后复发率更低、创口细菌数更少、创面血流量更多,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论蚕食清创术联合痰热清对促进糖尿病足溃疡修复的临床效果显著优于单独使用蚕食清创术,且不良反应少,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of nibbling debridement combined with Tanreqing in promoting the ulcer repair of diabetic foot.Methods A total of 226 patients with diabetic foot ulcer who were treated in our hospital from August 2014 to October 2016 were enrolled in the study,who were divided into research group(n=113)and control group(n=113)according to the parity of admission number.The patients in control group were treated by nibbling debridement combined with conventional nursing,however,the patients in research group,on the basis of control group,were treated by Tanreqing.The clinical curative effects,wound healing time,recurrence rate after treatment,bacterial amount and blood flow volume before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in baseline data,wound bacterial amount and blood flow volume between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the total clinical effective rate and wound blood flow in research group were significantly higher than those in control group,moreover,the wound healing time was significantly shorter than that that in control group,and the recurrence rate and wound bacterial quantity were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nibbling debridement combined with Tanreqing have more significant clinical curative effects in promoting the ulcer repair of diabetic foot,as compared with single use of nibbling debridement,with fewer adverse reaction,therefor,it is worthy of application and promotion in clinical practice.
