运用各种评价模型进行供应商评价选择,需要建立科学合理的评价指标体系。供应商选择的评价指标设计,应从研究现状分析入手。供应商评价指标设计的方法主要包括文献法、调查法、德尔菲法以及综合法。依据供应商评价指标设计的基本理念、思路和流程,文章以第三方物流供应商选择为例,综合运用文献法、模糊德尔菲法,优化了供应商评价指标的设计流程,设计了H公司第三方物流供应商选择的评价指标。

There is a requirement for a reasonable evaluation index system when selecting suppliers via various evaluation models.It is necessary to analyze the research status of supplier evaluation before designing the evaluation indexes.The design methods include but not limited to literature review,investigation,Delphi method and synthetic approach.Based on the basic idea and process for designing supplier evaluation index,in this paper the author integrates literature review and fuzzy Delphi approach to design the evaluation indexes for third-party logistics provider selection for H company.
