大运河管理与保护的扬州特色研究

Yangzhou Characteristics of Grand Canal Management and Protection

京杭大运河申遗成功,为运河文化旅游和沿岸城市旅游经济的发展带来了巨大的机遇。扬州在大运河的开发、保护和利用方面虽然取得了不错的进步,但仍然面临着运河旅游知名度不够、相关产业发展规划仍不明晰、开发利用管理机制尚不完善等问题。通过对扬州大运河管理与保护中政府行为现状进行分析,总结出当前扬州政府在大运河管理与保护开发利用过程中存在的问题,并从三个角度提出了具体的对策建议,为未来扬州大运河的旅游发展提供积极的参考作用。

The succeed in world cultural heritage application of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal has brought tremendous opportunities for the development of canal cultural tourism and the tourism economy of coastal cities.Although Yangzhou has recently made great progress in the development,protection and utilization of the Grand Canal,there still remain problems such as the lack of popularity of canal tourism,unclear development plans of related industries,and imperfect development and utilization management mechanisms,etc.Based on the current situation of government behavior in the management and protection of the Grand Canal in Yangzhou,the author summarizes the problems existed in the process of management,protection,development and utilization of the Grand Canal for the local government,and proposes suggestions from three perspectives,in hope of inspiring future tourism development of the Yangzhou Grand Canal.
