摘要
舰船装备的可靠性是其适用性的重要方面,在研制阶段的早期,进行系统可靠性建模,可以为系统可靠性计算、可靠性分配等提供依据;同时,明确影响系统可靠性设计薄弱环节,然后针对性地采取可靠性设计措施,以提高系统的运行可靠性。本文运用可靠性框图(RBD)模型对舰船电力系统进行可靠性建模,并针对算例进行具体分析,其结果可为后期可靠性预计及可靠性的持续设计和改进提供依据,具有良好的应用前景。
The reliability of ship equipment is an important aspect of its applicability.In the early stage of product development,system reliability modeling can provide a basis for system reliability calculation and allocation;and identifying the weak links of system reliability design and taking appropriate measures can improve the operational reliability of the system.Using reliability block diagram(RBD),a reliability model of shipboard power system is established in the paper.The proposed reliability model can provide a basis for system reliability prediction and its continuous improvement and could be of a good application prospect.
