Box-Behnken设计对乙酰丙酮-乙酸铵法测甲醛条件优化

摘要 乙酰丙酮-乙酸铵法检测人造板甲醛释放量是运用较为广泛的一种方法。为进一步探明该法中不同的显色条件对甲醛吸光度的影响规律,运用Box-Behnken设计研究了显色时间、显色温度、静置时间三因素对吸光度的交互影响,并对显色条件进行了优化。采用Design Expert软件模拟得到二次回归方程,根据方程预测和试验验证得出:在显色时间为16.5min、显色温度为56.9℃、静置时间为89.9min时,在412nm处有最大吸收峰,其吸光值为0.083,样品加标回收率在92.2%~103.9%之间,有效地提高了检测准确性。 Acetyl acetone-ammonium is wildly used to detect the formaldehyde which release from Man-made board.In order to research furtherly the law of different chromogenic conditions how to influence the absorbance of formaldehyde,this paper had to study the two-factor interaction of chromogenic time,temperature,and incubation time three factors on the absorbance of formaldehyde,then optimize them based on Box-behnken.Used the software Design Expert simulated a quadratic regression equation.The forecast equation and verified by experiment concluded that:the results showed that when the chromogenic time was 16.5 min,temperature of 56.9℃and the incubation time was 89.9 min,which had got the maximum absorption was 0.083 at 412 nm,the sample added recovery was between 92.2%~103.9%.The accuracy and precision of the detection are improved effectively.
