新型公共聚集空间探究——以大、中型社区体育综合体为例

Research on New Public Gathering Spaces——Taking large and medium community sport complexes as examples

如今,高速城镇化引发了城市拥挤、土地资源紧缺和空间高密度化等问题,这些问题迫使我们思考城市公共空间的人文价值、多元化、集约化、复合化的发展趋势。作为公共空间一类,体育建筑从原先的单一功能建筑物转变为多功能综合体。近些年不断涌现的大、中型规模的“体育综合体”,成为21世纪的新型公共聚集空间。文章旨在对这类新型建筑类型的发展演变进行梳理,试图通过总结分析其建筑空间、形态、功能、社会价值等特点,来应对城市高密度下公共空间所面临的挑战。

Nowadays,a series of problems such as urban congestion,shortage of land resources and space densification have been caused by rapid urbanization,and all of these problems compel us to give consideration to the development trends of humanistic values,diversification,intensification and complexity of urban public spaces.The sports buildings,as a kind of public space,have been transformed from the buildings with simplex functions to the multifunctional complex.The large and medium scale"Sports Complexes"that are emerging in recent years have become a new type of public gathering space in the 21st century.This paper aims at sorting out the development and evolution of this new type of building,and tries to analyze their architectural space,forms,functions,social values and other social values through summary in order to cope with the challenges for the public space under high urban density.
