人本主义视角下的产业园区规划策略研究——以南京市江北新区软件园为例

Research on Planning Policy for Industrial Parks under the Perspective of Humanism——Taking Nanjing Jiangbei New District Software Park as an example

关于产业园区规划的研究已经比较成熟,但产业园区规划策略大多是为了解决产业发展与城市功能之间不匹配的问题,而在人本主义视角下,针对产业园内各类人群的空间需求提出的规划策略却很少。文章以南京市江北新区软件园为例,采用调查问卷的方式,对园区内人群特征及其空间需求进行调查研究和归纳总结,在此基础上提出以人为本的规划策略,以期为我国产业园区规划提供新思路。

The research on planning of industrial park is relatively matured,but the most of planning policies for industrial park are for solving the problem of mismatching between industrial development and urban functions.However,under the perspective of humanism,there are few planning policies proposed for the spatial requirements of various kinds of people within the industrial parks.Taking Nanjing Jiangbei New District Software Park for instance,this paper investigates and summarizes the population characteristics within the industrial park and their spatial requirements by means of questionnaire investigation.On this basis,it proposes people-oriented planning policies hoping to provide new chains of thought for planning of industrial park in China.
