Comparative Study on Green Evaluation Standards of Residential Buildings

《绿色建筑评价标准》(GB/T50378—2019)实施在即。与2014版绿色建筑评价标准相比,2019版标准从原先仅关注绿色建筑的“四节一环保”,扩展到重点关注人对环境的感受,构建安全、健康、舒适和宜居的高品质人居环境。新版标准具有指标分类减少、认证等级增加、指标达标率降低和可直接判断指标增多,但评价范围扩大和评价要求提高的总体特征。居住建筑相关指标中,调整指标项最多,大多在分值、等级和内容要求上均高于2014版标准,新增指标项大多可直接判断,仅有个别指标项沿用2014版标准。新版绿色建筑评价标准的颁布,表征了绿色建筑的关注点从节约型转向人性化、均衡化、智慧化和区域化的发展趋势。

The implementation of Green Building Evaluation Standard(GB/T 50378-2019)is near at hand.Compared with the Green Building Evaluation Standard ver.2014,the Standard ver.2019 has expanded the focal points from the"four savings and one environmental protection"of green buildings to people's perception of the environment and building safe,healthy,comfortable and livable high-quality living environment.The overall characteristics of the new version standard include reduced index classification,increased certification level,reduced rate of compliance and increased direct determining indicators,but the scope of evaluation is expanded and evaluation requirements are enhanced.The most of adjusted indicators are among the ones related to building,and the most of which are higher than the Standard of the version 2014 on scores,grade and content.The most of the newly added indicators can be judged directly,and only a few of indicators followed that in the version 2014.The promulgation of the new green building evaluation standard indicates the trend that the focus of green building has been converted from conservation to humanization,equalization,intelligence and regionalization.
