摘要 建筑围护结构作为建筑室内与室外的分界面,在很大程度上影响着建筑能耗和室内环境舒适度。双层玻璃幕墙因其可随外界环境调节自身热工性能,在保温隔热等方面具有独特的优势。文章对不同类型的双层玻璃幕墙的特点进行了总结,并以正在施工中的中国银联业务运营中心大楼为例,讨论了双层玻璃幕墙在超高层建筑中降低建筑能耗、调节室内热舒适度的可能性。 The building envelope structure,as the interface between indoor and outdoor spaces,greatly affects building energy consumption and indoor environment comfort.The double-glazing facade has unique advantages in thermal insulation due to it can adjust its thermal performance along with the external environment.This paper summarizes the characteristics of various types of doubleglazing facade,and discusses the availability of the double-glazing facade in reducing energy consumption of super high-rise buildings and regulating indoor thermal conform with China UnionPay Business Operation Center under construction as an example.
