摘要
针对某自动挡汽车换挡操纵机构的解锁电磁阀,研究了其工作过程中噪声产生的原因,提出了电磁阀各零部件结构的优化方案和润滑脂涂抹方案,降低了该电磁阀的工作噪音,为消除某自动挡汽车换挡操纵机构的P挡解锁异响奠定了基础。
Based on a solenoid valve for the gear shift mechanism of an automatic vehicle, studied the causes of noise in its working process, proposed optimize projects of structural design of the solenoid valve parts and a scheme of greasing. The working noise of the solenoid valve was reduced, which lays a foundation for eliminating the abnormal noise of P-block unlocking for gear shift mechanism of an automatic vehicle.
