摘要
以中碳钢HFW高频焊套管试制与生产为例,针对高频焊接制管过程中易出现的成型焊接不稳定、焊缝氧化物夹杂、焊道毛刺残留等质量问题进行分析,从原料轧制、带钢拆卷、成型方式、原料铣边后工作宽度调整、焊接挤压辊调整、焊道毛刺清除刀具等多方面进行改进。研究结果表明,通过以上调整改进,解决了中碳钢HFW成型焊接中产生的焊缝夹杂问题,焊道毛刺清理满足相关标准要求。为了进一步提高成型焊接的稳定性,需在保证成品钢管力学性能的基础上,降低焊接用微合金化TMCP带钢的强度并控制板型。
Taking the trial production and production of HFW high frequency welded casing of medium carbon steel as an example,the problems such as unstable forming welding,oxide inclusion in weld seam and burr residue in weld bead,which are easy to occur in the process of high frequency welded pipe production,are analyzed,and the raw material rolling,strip uncoiling,width adjustment after milling of raw materials,welding extrusion roll adjustment and bead burr removal tool are all improved.The results show that the inclusion problem in medium carbon steel HFW forming welding is solved by the adjustment and improvement above,and the burr cleaning of weld bead meets the requirements of relevant standards.In order to further improve the stability of forming welding,it is necessary to reduce the strength of micro-alloyed TMCP strip for welding and control the shape of the strip on the basis of ensuring the mechanical properties of the steel pipe.
