脂肪酸甲酯催化裂解制备轻质芳烃和烯烃

摘要 为实现脂肪酸甲酯向高价值轻质芳烃和烯烃的转化,采用挤条法制备了H-ZSM-5/Al2O3复合催化剂,并在微型固定床反应装置中测试了其催化脂肪酸甲酯裂解的反应性能。结果表明:H-ZSM-5/Al2O3能够高收率地催化脂肪酸甲酯裂解制备芳烃和烯烃,但反应中催化剂因表面积碳而快速失活。在反应物料中引入适量水汽不仅有助于提高脂肪酸甲酯催化裂解产物中芳烃和烯烃的收率,而且能够显著降低催化剂表面的积碳量并延长催化剂的使用寿命。 To convert fatty acid methyl esters(FAMEs)to valuable light aromatics and olefins,H-ZSM-5/Al2O3 catalyst composite was prepared by extrusion,and its performance for cracking of FAMEs was evaluated in a fixed-bed micro-reactor.It was found that the H-ZSM-5/Al2O3 composite catalyzed efficiently the cracking of FMMEs with high yields of aromatics and olefins,but the catalyst suffered rapid deactivation caused by coking.Co-feeding an appropriate amount of water with FAMEs in the reaction reduced significantly the amount of carbon deposition and prolonged remarkably the catalyst lifespan,as well as improving yields of aromatics and olefins.
