The Growth Evaluation of Cultural Enterprises of New OTC Market

摘要 新三板文化企业大都处于成长期,其评价研究有益于揭示文化产业发展状况。从企业资源和企业能力两个方面建构评价指标体系,运用熵值法-TOPSIS法,对新三板挂牌的447家文化企业成长性进行综合评价。研究发现,当前阶段文化企业普遍存在成长性不强、成长稳定性和持续性欠缺、盈利状况不佳的现象,无形资产是文化企业的核心资源,融资能力是文化企业的核心能力。文化企业持续成长,需要加强组织管理,积累无形资产,降低经营风险,创新商业模式。 Most cultural enterprises of the new OTC market are in the stage of growth, and their evaluation research is helpful to reveal the development of cultural industry. This paper constructs an evaluation index system from two aspects of enterprise resources and enterprise capabilities, and conducts a comprehensive evaluation of the growth of 447 cultural enterprises listed on the new OTC market by using the method of entropy-TOPSIS. This study finds that the current stage of cultural enterprises are generally characterized by weak growth, lack of growth stability and sustainability, poor profitability. Invisible assets are the core resources of cultural enterprises, and financing capacity is the core competence of cultural enterprises. The continuous growth of cultural enterprises requires strengthening organizational management, accumulating intangible assets, reducing operational risks and innovating business models.
