摘要
以三轴可燃冰试验机压力室为研究对象,基于ANSYS Workbench、ABAQUS有限元分析软件,分别建立压力室主腔室及密封结构的有限元模型,进行强度校核与密封性能的研究。结果表明,采用PMMA材料的主腔室满足强度、刚度条件要求;带聚四氟乙烯挡圈的丁腈橡胶O形密封圈满足密封要求,并且不会产生撕裂破坏。
Taking triaxial combustible ice tester pressure chamber as object and based on ANSYS Workbench and ABAQUS finite element analysis softwares,finite element models of main pressure chamber and seal configuration have been established respectively to research on strength check and seal performance.The results showed that main chamber with PMMA material achieved strength and stiffness requirements,while chemigum O shaped seal ring with Teflon check ring met with seal requirement and wouldn’t tear up.
