摘要
对数控机床常用万能铣头组合角度的“单斜面”和“复合斜面”的常规加工方法进行了研究,创新性地提出通过建立铣头装配模型,与被加工件上“复合斜面”进行定位约束的方法,较好地解决了万能铣头两处旋转轴组合角度的计算问题。
General machining process of the single bevel and the composite bevel by numerical control machine universal milling head combined angle have been researched,furthermore positioning constraints of the composite bevel on machining part has been put forward by establishing milling head assembled model,which solved well calculation issue of two rotating shafts combined angle for universal milling head.
