燃气热水器抗风性能研究及抗风装置开发

摘要 设计开发了一种燃气热水器抗风性能测试装置,由控制箱根据设置的风机参数去控制风机,并且结合风压箱内的风速情况、风压情况以及待测的燃气热水器的进出水温度、燃气火焰情况等状态数据,处理得到待测燃气热水器在当前风压模式下出现火焰状态异常变化时所对应的最大风压值。方便通过操作控制箱就可以模拟燃气热水器在不同风压模式下的工作情况,便于针对燃气热水器开展抗风性能的测试。 A testing device for the wind resistance performance of gas water heater is designed and developed.The fan is controlled by the control box according to the set parameters of the fan.Combined with the datum of the wind speed,wind pressure in the wind pressure box,the inlet and outlet water temperature of the gas water heater to be tested,the status of the gas flame,etc.,the corresponding maximum wind pressure of the abnormal changing of the flame status of the gas water heater to be tested under the current wind pressure mode is processed.It is convenient to simulate the working conditions of gas water heater under different wind pressure modes by operating the control box,so as to test the wind resistance performance of gas water heater.
