摘要
以某海港液化烃码头设计项目为例,着重从安全角度出发,比照设计经验相对成熟的油品、液体化学品和液化天然气码头,对码头平面布局、工作平台布置形式、较多装卸臂引起偏心靠泊问题、液化烃泄漏收集设计方法,对低位受限空间、泄放线、消防介质的使用及工艺管线与设备的连接方式,以及事故水收集等给出一系列合理化建议,为此类码头设计提供参考。
Taking a seaport liquefied hydrocarbon terminal design project as an example,focusing on safety,and compared with the relatively mature design experience in oil terminal,liquefied chemical wharf and liquefied natural gas terminal,we put forward suggestions on the wharf layout,layout form of the working platform,the off-center berthing problem caused by multiple loading arms,the design method of liquefied hydrocarbon leakage collection,and on the low-level confined spaces,vent lines,use of fire-fighting medium,connection of process pipelines and equipment,and accident water collection,so as to provide reference for the subsequent design of such terminals.
