水冷式冷凝器换热列管更换方法及运行评估

摘要 通过对水冷式冷凝器列管换热效果差的原因分析,以及换热效果差对冷凝器温度端差、真空度的影响和不锈钢材质列管对比铜管的巨大优越性,提出不更换设备而更换不锈钢列管的办法,这种针对用胀管法连接的铜管更换方法,在化工生产中具有巨大的实用价值。 Changing stainless steel tube instead of condenser which is based on Copper tube replacement method by expansion tube method has great practical value in chemical production after the analysis for reasons for poor heat exchange effect of water-cooled condenser tubes,the effectiveness for poor heat transfer effect on condenser temperature end difference and Vacuum degree and the great superiority of stainless steel tube comparison copper tube.
