摘要
合成车间新系统是20世纪70年代从美国Kellogg公司成套引进的合成氨装置,装置通过1988年和2004年两次大规模技改后,年产能从最初的30万吨提高至45万吨,吨氨消耗由引进时的9.37Gcal降到KBR公司考核的7.861Gcal,但是技改后与考核的目标值还有一定差距,同时与国内先进以天然气为原料的合成氨装置比较还存在一定差距,结合装置的产能和工艺设计的局限性,装置再次进行节能技改不再经济,只能通过深挖装置潜能,在开停车和正常生产中不断优化工艺参数,重点从燃料气消耗、蒸汽消耗入手,在生产中加强调节工艺参数,使吨氨综合能耗达到最优,从而降低生产成本,为企业增产减排。
The new system of synthetic workshop is a complete set of ammonia plant imported from Kellogg in the United States in the 1970s. After two large-scale technological reforms in 1988 and 2004, the annual production capacity can be increased from the initial 300,000 tons to 450,000 tons, and the consumption of ammonia per ton has been reduced from 9.37 Gcal at the time of introduction to 7.861 Gcal assessed by KBR..However, there is still a certain gap between the value of the technical reformation and the target value of assessment, and at the same time, there is still a certain gap compared with the domestic advanced ammonia plant using natural gas as raw material. Because of the limitations of the device design, the production capacity can not be improved any more, and the technical transformation is no longer economical. The process parameters can be continuously optimized in start-up, shutdown and normal production only by tapping the potential of the device, focusing on the consumption of fuel gas and steam. Strengthening the adjustment of process parameters in the process of production optimizes the comprehensive energy consumption per ton of ammonia so as to reduce production costs and increase production and reduce emission for enterprises.
