多级孔硅铝沸石分子筛表征方法综述 被引量:1

摘要 自20世纪以来,多级孔硅铝分子筛作为一种良好的固体酸催化剂大量应用在石油炼制与石油化学工业中,所以对多级孔硅铝沸石材料的表征尤其重要.本文通过对多级孔硅铝沸石分子筛的常用表征方法进行阐述,如:X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、傅里叶红外(FT-IR)、铝核磁(27Al-NMR)等方法进行说明.多级孔硅铝沸石分子筛材料具有多种孔尺寸和融合单一孔材料的优点;同时具有良好的水热稳定性,优异的择形催化性能以及较强的酸性;还具有较大的孔体积,高的比表面积和小的传质阻力等优点;这些都是多级孔沸石分子筛久用不衰且尚在发展利用的原因.孔道更加丰富,在有大分子参与的催化反应中有着不可估量的前景. Since the 20th century,as a good solid acid catalyst,multiporous silica-alumina zeolite has been widely used in petroleum refining and the petrochemical industry. The common characterization methods of multi-stage porous silicaalumina zeolites are described. These include X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),Fourier infrared(FT-IR),and aluminum nuclear magnetic resonance(27Al-NMR). Multistage porous silica-alumina zeolites have the advantage of multiple pore sizes and fusing single pore materials. They also have good hydrothermal stability,excellent shape-selective catalytic performance,strong acidity and the advantage of large pore volume,high specific surface area and small mass transfer resistance. This is why the multi-porous zeolite molecular sieves have been utilized for a long time and are still in development. The porous channels are more abundant and have immeasurable prospects in catalytic reactions involving macromolecules.
