摘要
随着我国经济建设要求产业结构的不断调整,这将需要研究生的教育模式与人才需求相匹配,但目前我国高校培养的研究生大多停留于理论知识层面,缺乏创新能力和实践能力,满足不了高新技术企业的期望和需要,造成应用型、复合型硕士人才严重短缺.本文结合全日制工程硕士研究生培养模式存在的主要问题进行相关探讨,研究并提出了相应的解决方法,确立了"1+3"的创新实践人才培养理念,建立了"333"人才培养课程体系、多维度的评价体系,三位一体的保障体系,构建了"123"创新实践能力人才培养模式,可为全日制工程硕士研究生创新能力的培养提供借鉴和参考.
With the continuous adjustment of industrial structure required by China’s economic construction,it is necessary to match the education mode of postgraduates with the demand for talents. However,the training of master students in colleges and universities is mainly focused on a theoretical level. The lack of training in innovation ability and practical ability cannot meet the expectations and needs of high-tech enterprises,and results in a serious shortage of applied and compound master talents. The main problems in the training mode of full time engineering master students are discussed, and solutions are proposed. A“1+3”innovative practice talent training concept,“333”talent training curriculum system, a multi-dimensional evaluation system,a trinity guarantee system,and a“123”innovative practice talent training model are developed. This research can provide references for the cultivation of innovative abilities of full time engineering master students.
