我国移动医疗领域研究力量及热点分析

Analysis of Research Strengths and Hotspots of Mobile Health in China

目的:分析移动医疗领域主要研究力量、重要情报源及研究热点。方法:以"移动医疗"及其相关扩展术语为检索词对CNKI期刊库进行主题检索。基于普赖斯定律确定核心作者及核心机构并利用CiteSpace挖掘合作关系。根据布拉德福定律确定核心期刊,通过词频统计、关键词聚类判断研究热点。结果:发文量呈逐年递增,研究力量以韩晓丹为主要核心作者,华中科技大学为主要核心机构。《中国数字医学》等20种期刊是移动医疗核心期刊。从APP、计算机技术应用、疾病护理为研究热点,已形成基础技术研究、个人健康监管、具体产品开发等6大研究领域。结论:跨机构、跨地域合作较低,核心期刊涵盖多个学科但影响力较弱。研究热点与计算机、互联网等领域新兴技术相关,健康数据隐私及信息风险未成为关注重点。

Objective:To analyze the research strengths,information sources and hotspots in the field of Mobile Health.Methods:Used“Mobile Health”and its related terms as the search terms in CNKI.Core authors,institutions and journals were determined under Price law and Bradford law.CiteSpace was used to explore cooperative relationship.According to Bladford's law,core journals were determinal.And hotspots were judged by word frequency statistics and keyword clustering.Results:The number of research output was increasing year by year.The core authors led by Han Xiaodan and the core institutions led by Huazhong University of Science and Technology were the main research strengths.20 core journals included China Digital Medicine were the core journals of mobile health.Hotspots focused on APP,computer technology applications and disease nursing.It has formed 6 major research fields including basic technology research,personal health supervision and so on.Mobile medicine had formed six research fields,including basic technology research,personal health supervision and specific product development.Conclusion:Scholars had high activity but less cross-institution cooperation.Core journals covered multiple disciplines but have weak academic influence.Research was in a stage of rapid growth.Hotspots were related to emerging technologies in the fields of computer and Internet.Data privacy and information risks had not become a focus.
