研究我国人工智能医疗行业的治理措施,为我国人工智能医疗的发展提供参考。本文从人工智能医疗行业参与者包括政府、人工智能医疗企业、医疗机构不同的角度,构建决策模型和对我国人工智能医疗行业各参与者的治理决策进行分析,构建行业治理框架。人工智能医疗行业各参与者的治理决策之间存在相互联系。人工智能医疗行业要快速发展,需要重视治理机制的设计,协调行业各参与者之间的利益。

The paper aimed to explore the governance measures of AI medical industry and provide some suggestions for the development of AI medical industry in China.From the perspective of AI medical industry participants,including the government,AI medical enterprises and medical institutions,this paper constructed desicion-making models and analyzed the governance decisions of various participants in China's AI medical industry to build an industrial governance framework.The governance decisions among the various actors in the artificial intelligence medical industry were interrelated.The rapid development of the artificial intelligence medical industry required attention to the design of governance mechanisms.The design of governance mechanisms requires the coordination of interests among industry participants,including governments,AI medical companies,and medical institutions.
