武汉市某三甲医院医务人员医保认知及学习需求状况调查

Survey on Medical Staff’s Cognition and Learning Needs of Medical Insurance in a Grade-A Tertiary Hospital in Wuhan

目的:了解医务人员对医保的认知状况及学习需求。方法:以武汉市某三甲医院在岗医生和护士为研究对象,使用自行设计的调查问卷对医务人员社会学特征、医保认知现状、医保学习需求3个方面进行调查。结果:医务人员对医保的整体认知程度不高,存在较大学习需求;男性、内科、医生对医保的认知程度较高;医务人员对医保的学习需求受医保认知程度影响;大部分医务人员对医保培训认可程度较高。结论:应对医务人员开展多层次、多方式的医保培训,以提高医院医保管理水平。

Objective:To understand the cognitive status and learning needs of medical staff on health insurance.Methods:With on-the-job doctors and nurses in a grade-A tertiary hospital in Wuhan as the research objects,the self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate three aspects of medical staff's sociological characteristics,cognition status of medical insurance and learning needs of medical insurance.Results:Medical staff’s awareness of health insurance was not high,and they had a greater demand for health insurance learning.Men,internal medicine,and doctors had a higher awareness of health insurance,and medical staff's learning needs for medical insurance were affected by the awareness of medical insurance;most of medical staff had a high degree of recognition of medical insurance training.Conclusion:It is necessary to carry out multi-level and multi-mode medical insurance training for medical staff to improve the medical insurance management level of hospitals.
