摘要
介绍了聚甲醛生产中甲醛制备生产工艺,通过优化空气预热器管线、风机控制回路、循环水管线,以及对风机进行节能改造和系统操作优化,结果表明,甲醛制备系统吨甲醛的甲醇单耗降低39kg、用电单耗降低40kW·h、脱盐水用量减少387kg,甲醛浓度提高至48%,节能降耗效果显著。
This paper introduces the preparation process of formaldehyde in polyformaldehyde production. By optimizing air preheater pipeline, fan control circuit, and recycling water pipeline, and transforming the fan for energy-saving and system operation optimization of fan, the consumption of methanol per ton of formaldehyde in formaldehyde preparation system was reduced by 39kg, the power consumption per unit was reduced by 40kW·h, the consumption of demineralized water was reduced by 387kg and the concentration of formaldehyde was raised by 48%. Therefore, significant energy saving and consumption reduction was achieved.
