摘要
针对国内不同辛醇装置中的甲、乙两种正丁醛缩合反应生产辛烯醛工艺技术的状况,从能耗、物耗、设计优缺点、操作难度、环保性等方面进行了对比分析,结果表明,甲缩合装置产品能耗、物耗、催化剂消耗等的单耗较乙装置要少,“三废”排放少,且操作难度较低。在工程设计方面,乙装置由于本身存在较大设计缺陷,产品辛烯醛收率经常不达标,严重影响工业生产。
This paper makes comparison and analysis on the A and B process technologies of producing octene aldehyde by n-butyraldehyde condensation in different octanol units in China from the perspectives of energy and material consumption, advantage and disadvantage in design, operation difficulty, and environment protection, etc. The result shows that compared with concentration unit B, the energy, material and catalyst consumption per unit in concentration unit A is smaller, emission of waste gas, waste liquid and solid wastes is less and the operation is easier. In terms of engineering design, the yielding rate of octene aldehyde product in unit B is often not up to standard due to its major design defects, which seriously affects industrial production.
