摘要
随着工程项目的规模越来越大,工况越来越复杂,压力管道呈现出高温、高压、大口径、大壁厚的特点,这就对安全设计提出了更加严格的要求。对压力管道而言,强度设计计算是很重要的一部分,管道壁厚的确定对管道设计安全至关重要。不同的管道类型,其强度计算方法也不同,普通薄壁管道、高压管道、火力发电厂汽水管道这三类管道的壁厚计算不尽相同。鉴于此,专门针对这三类管道,以理论计算结合实际运用,对其强度计算进行有效分析,确定合理的管道壁厚,以保证工程项目的安全性。
With increasing scale of engineering projects and complexity of working cases, such characteristics of high temperature, high pressure, big diameter and large wall thickness emerge on pressure pipes, which present more stringent requirements for the safety design of pressure pipes. Calculation for strength design is an important part for pressure pipe, and the determination of pipe wall thickness is critical to the safety of pipe design. The way of strength calculation varies from one pipe type to another, so the wall thickness calculation for ordinary thin-walled pipes, high-pressure pipes and steam pipes in thermal power plants are not the same. This paper conducts effective analysis for strength calculation by combining theory with practice for the three types of pipes so as to determine a reasonable pipe wall thickness and ensure the safety of engineering projects.
