摘要 数字化交付以工厂对象为核心,通过三维模型,实现工程数据的全关联,构建的一个物理工厂全生命周期,完整、准确、可用的虚拟镜像。其范围覆盖设计、采购、施工和试运行,在集成、结构化组织和关联各阶段数据基础上,通过数据校验、模型精细化、数据转换和发布以及工程建设过程的数字化管理形成持续交付,最终形成数据范围和内容完整、且具备高数据质量和可访问性的装置级“数字孪生”。 Digital delivery takes the plant as a core to realize full correlation of engineering data through the three-dimensional model and constructs a complete, accurate and available virtual image of a physical plant with full-life cycle. Its scope covers design, procurement, construction and commissioning. Based on integration, structured organization and associated data of each stage, continuous delivery is realized through data validation, model refinement, data conversion and releasing, and digital management throughout engineering construction. Ultimately a device-level “digital twin” featuring complete range and content of data, and high data quality and accessibility is formed.
