妇科门诊宫颈癌高危人群实施阴道镜检查与宫颈细胞学检查的临床价值研究

Clinical value of colposcopy and cervical cytology in high risk population of cervical cancer in gynecological clinic

目的研究妇科门诊宫颈癌高危人群实施阴道镜检查与宫颈细胞学检查的临床价值。方法将2015年1月至2018年1月于本院门诊就诊的宫颈癌高危患者140例选作研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各70例。对照组患者在进行门诊宫颈癌诊断的过程中,采用阴道镜检查的方式,观察组患者在进行阴道镜检查后采取宫颈细胞学检查。两组患者在完成临床诊断后,与病理检查结果进行对比,分析两种检查方式的临床价值。结果经对比,观察组患者在经过阴道镜检查与宫颈细胞学检查后,观察组患者临床诊断结果为81.82%(9/11),高于对照组患者的60.00%(6/10),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妇科门诊宫颈癌高危人群的临床诊断中,对患者采取阴道镜联合宫颈细胞学检查的方式进行检查,可以有效的提高门诊筛查结果,值得在临床中应用推广。

Objective To study the clinical value of colposcopy and cervical cytology in high-risk population of cervical cancer in gynecological clinic. Methods 140 high-risk patients with cervical cancer who visited our hospital clinic from January 2015 to January 2018 were selected as the study subjects. 140 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 70 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were examined by colposcopy during the diagnosis of cervical cancer. The patients in the observation group were examined by cervical cytology after colposcopy. After completing the clinical diagnosis, the two groups of patients were compared with the results of pathological examination, and the clinical value of the two examination methods was analyzed. Results After colposcopy and cervical cytology, the clinical diagnosis of the observation group was 81.82%(9/11), which was higher than 60.00%(6/10) of the control group, and there was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Colposcopy combined with cervical cytology examination can effectively improve the outpatient screening results in the clinical diagnosis of high-risk groups of cervical cancer in gynecological outpatient clinic, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
