超声引导下乳腺肿瘤穿刺活检术的护理配合流程及对患者手术成功率影响分析

Analysis on nursing cooperation process of breast tumor puncture biopsy guided by ultrasound and its influence on the successful rate of operation

目的探究护理配合流程应用于超声引导下乳腺肿瘤穿刺活检术中的效果。方法随机选取2016年3月至2018年6月本院收治的乳腺肿瘤患者50例,均给予所有患者行超声引导下乳腺肿瘤穿刺活检术,术中术前采用护理配合流程,观察患者总依从率、一次性穿刺活检成功率、并发症总出现率。结果50例患者总依从率为100.00%;并发症总发生率为2.00%;一次性穿刺活检成功率为98.00%。结论给予癌超声引导下行乳腺肿瘤穿刺活检术患者使用护理配合流程有利于提升一次性穿刺活检率,更有利于提升患者遵医行为依从性,减少术后并发症出现率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing cooperation in ultrasound-guided breast tumor biopsy. Methods 50 patients with breast tumor were randomly selected from March 2016 to June 2018. All patients were given ultrasound guided biopsy of breast tumor. The nursing procedure was used before operation to observe the total compliance rate of the patients. The success rate of one-time puncture biopsy and the total occurrence rate of complications. Results The total compliance rate of 50 patients was 100.00%, the total rate of complications was 2.00% and the success rate of one-off puncture biopsy was 98.00%. Conclusion The use of nursing cooperation process in patients with breast tumor biopsy guided by acoustic guidance is not only beneficial to enhance the rate of one-off puncture biopsy, but also can improve the compliance of patients with medical treatment, reduce the occurrence rate of postoperative complications, and it is worthy of clinical application.
