红外线照射辅助治疗对剖宫产切口感染患者微循环及愈合效果的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析在剖宫产切口感染患者中应用红外线照射辅助治疗对微循环及愈合效果的影响。方法选取2010年7月至2018年7月住院的剖宫产切口感染患者66例,随机分为对照组和实验组,各33例。对照组予以常规抗感染治疗,实验组在对照组基础上应用红外线照射辅助治疗,比较两组治疗前后的微循环指标,比较两组的切口换药次数、清洁时间、切口愈合时间及切口愈合效果。结果治疗前,实验组与对照组的毛细血管管径、血流灌注及微血管管径比较差异无统计学意义,治疗后,两组的毛细血管管径、血流灌注、微血管管径均增加(P<0.05),实验组高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组的切口换药次数少于对照组(P<0.05),实验组的清洁时间及切口愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05);实验组的切口愈合有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在剖宫产切口感染患者中应用红外线照射辅助治疗,有利于改善患者的微循环、减少换药次数、缩短清洁时间和切口愈合时间,提高切口愈合效果。 Objective To analyze the effect of infrared radiation on microcirculation and healing in patients with incision infection after cesarean section. Methods 66 patients with incision infection of cesarean section who were hospitalized from July 2010 to July 2018 were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, with 33 cases in each group. The control group received routine anti-infection treatment. The experimental group was treated with infrared radiation on the basis of the control group. The microcirculation indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. The number of incision dressings, cleaning time, wound healing time and wound healing effect were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in capillary diameter, blood perfusion and microvascular diameter between the experimental group and the control group. After treatment, the capillary diameter, blood perfusion and microvascular diameter of the two groups increased (P<0.05), the experimental group was higher than the control group (P<0.05);the incision dressing change times of the experimental group were less than that of the control group (P<0.05), and the clearance of the experimental group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Cleaning time and wound healing time in the experimental group were shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05), and the effective rate of wound healing in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of infrared radiation in the treatment of incision infection in cesarean section is more conducive to improving microcirculation, reducing the number of dressing changes, shortening cleaning time and incision healing time, and improving the effect of incision healing.
