污染物在线监控系统数据传输标准与数据传输安全研究

Study on Data Transmission Standard and Data Transmission Security of On-line Monitoring System for Pollutants

旨在研究新修订的污染物在线监控(监测)系统数据传输标准与原版的区别,探索污染源数据传输安全问题。通过实验抓取污染源在线自动监控数据,分析、验证了数据传输中存在被窃取、来源无法验证以及数据的法律效率问题。同时提出数字签名、数据加密的方法,对如何保障数据传输安全、确认数据来源、落实数据法律效力进行了探讨。

The purpose of this paper is to study the difference between the newly revised standard for data transmission of automatic on-line monitoring system for pollution sources and the original version,and to explore the safety problem of the data transmission of pollution sources.By capturing the online automatic monitoring data of pollution sources through experiments,analyzed and verified the problems of stolen data transmission,unverifiable source and legal efficiency of data.At the same time,the methods of digital signature and data encryption are proposed,and discussed how to ensure the security of data transmission,confirm the source of data,and implement the legal effect of data.
