当前,俄罗斯、土耳其、伊朗三国组合成为牵动中东格局演变的重要力量,在多方向、多层面释放地缘政治作用,主要表现为主导叙利亚局势走向、推促美国地区盟友体系分化和扩大三国地区影响。俄土伊组合对特朗普政府中东战略的推行构成挑战。美国不断尝试拆散该组合,但至今未果。展望未来,俄土伊组合仍有较强生命力,并将继续成为美国在中东必须应对的战略难题。
The current Russia-Turkey-Iran trio has become an important force driving changes in the power structure in the Middle East, with geopolitical implications at multiple directions and levels. Those implications include dominating the developments of the situation in Syria, dividing the US alliance system in the region, and expanding the influence of the three countries. The trio is posing challenges to the Middle East strategy of the US Trump administration, which is the reason behind the US repeated but failed attempts to break the trio. Looking ahead, the Russia-Turkey-Iran trio is demonstrating strong vitality, and will continue to be a strategic dilemma for the US in the Middle East.
