摘要
天津空客A330喷漆机库平面布置呈凸字形,屋盖悬挂大量风管、喷淋、检修等管线设备,中部设6台大吨位悬挂升降喷漆平台,运行工况复杂,对屋盖变形要求很高。比较了72m跨拱形刚架不同拱脚方案,并通过调整支撑布置和刚度保证结构规则性和整体性;设置纵向桁架来控制刚架间变形差以满足喷漆平台严格的屋盖变形要求;通过控制施工过程,降低刚架峰值应力和水平反力,并专门设计了相应连接节点;介绍拱脚处基础设计和水平推力处理方法。
The layout of Airbus A330 painting hangar in Tianjin is convex shape. A large number of air ducts,sprayers and other equipments are suspended from the roof. 6 large-tonnage suspended lifts installed in the middle of the roof,where the operating conditions are complex and the deformation requirements of the roof are strict. Firstly,the different arch-foot schemes for 72 m-span arch frame were compared; the structural regularity and integrity were guaranteed by adjusting the brace arrangement and stiffness. The longitudinal trusses were set up to control the deflection between frames to meet the rigid requirements of painting platform. By controlling the construction process,the peak forces and horizontal reacting force were reduced,and the corresponding connections were also specially designed. The processing method for arch foundation and horizontal thrust was introduced.
