摘要
基于新一代信息技术,提出了基于数字孪生的虚拟工厂建设框架.在介绍虚拟工厂基本概念、目前开发和应用情况的基础上,针对虚拟工厂试生产、物理工厂获取信息及虚拟工厂控制物理工厂问题,分析了虚拟现实/增强现实、机器学习、工业大数据、工业物联网等虚拟工厂应用的关键技术.针对虚拟工厂应用的瓶颈探讨了虚拟工厂工程化解决方案.
Virtual factory applications combined with next-generation information technology are becoming more and more popular.It s a new concept virtual factory construct paradigm based on digital twins.the basic concept,development and application progress of virtual factory are introduced firstly.Then,The virtual factory trial production technology of virtual factory,the technology of acquiring information from the physical factory and controlling the physical factory by virtual factory are promoted.Furthermore,the direction and breakthrough of virtual reality,augmented reality,machine learning,industrial big data,industrial internet of things and other technologies are highlighted in the development of virtual factories.In the end,To probe into the bottleneck,the solution of the development and application of virtual factory engineering are carried out.
