某型飞机管接头锥面修理装夹困难的解决措施 被引量:1

摘要 通过分析现有装夹方式和修理技术条件,发现无法直接装夹螺纹和装夹模锻外形后难以找正管接头锥面,是造成某型飞机管接头锥面修理装夹困难的主要原因.研究表明,通用夹具——带螺纹三爪以螺纹中径定位,可直接装夹螺纹并快速找正管接头锥面,能够降低管接头锥面修理装夹难度,提高装夹效率. In view of clamping difficulty of repairing duct joint conical surface for a certain type of aircraft, through the analysis of the existing fixing methods and repairing technical conditions, it is found that the main reason for the clamping difficulty is that thread can t be clamped directly and alignment of duct joint conical surface is difficult to be found after clamping die forgings. A universal fixture-threaded three claws which locates with thread pitch diameter can directly clamp thread and quickly align the conical surface of the duct joint, which reduces the difficulty of clamping of the conical surface of the duct joint and improves the clamping efficiency.
