中药补肾四连方对肾虚血瘀型不孕症的临床疗效研究

Clinical Effect of Four Kidney-tonifying Recipes on Infertility of Kidney Deficiency and Blood Stasis Type

目的:研究中药补肾四连方对78例肾虚血瘀型不孕症的治疗作用。方法:随机选择78例肾虚血瘀型不孕症患者,给予中药补肾四连方干预6个疗程,观察其症状、血清性激素六项及B超下子宫内膜与卵泡发育的动态变化。结果:随着用药时间的推移,⑴症状明显改善,如腰膝痠痛、月经稀发、痛经等;⑵血清性激素指标改善,如促黄体激素(LH)/促卵泡激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E 2)/孕酮(P)比值趋于正常,睾酮(T)降低、P升高( P <0.05);⑶超声监测到优势卵泡,且子宫内膜与优势卵泡呈协同发展;⑷受孕率提升至84.62%。结论:补肾四连方对肾虚血瘀型不孕症患者有良好的治疗作用。

Objective: To study the therapeutic effect of four kidney-tonifying recipes on 78 cases of infertility of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type. Methods: Seventy-eight cases of infertility of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type were randomly selected and treated with four kidney-tonifying recipes for 6 courses. The symptoms, serum sex hormones and the dynamic changes of endometrium and follicle development under B-ultrasound were observed. Results: with the passage of medication, symptoms improved significantly, such as waist and knee pain, menstruation and dysmenorrheal;serum sex hormone levels improved, such as luteinizing hormone (LH)/ follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), estradiol (E 2)/ progesterone (P) ratio tended to normal, testosterone (T) decreased and P increased ( P <0.05);superior follicles were detected by ultrasound, and endometrium and superior follicles developed synergistically;the fertility rate increased to 84.62%.Conclusion: Four kidney-tonifying recipes have a good therapeutic effect on infertility patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis.
