外源铜添加对西兰花铜吸收和积累的影响 被引量:1

摘要 采用大棚土培盆栽试验研究4个不同品种西兰花对Cu的吸收富集规律。结果表明,随着土壤中添加Cu浓度的提高,西兰花花球和根部中的Cu含量均呈上升趋势;不同浓度处理下,花球中的Cu含量高于根部;4个品种西兰花花球的Cu含量与其在土壤中的含量均呈线性正相关;4个品种对Cu吸收能力表现为“耐寒优秀”>“台绿1号”>“浙青95”>“海绿”。综合而言,西兰花是对Cu吸收富集能力较弱的作物,在铜污染区可以作为低积累的蔬菜品种进行推广种植。 The absorption and enrichment of Cu in 4 different broccoli cultivars were studied by greenhouse soil culture pot experiment.The results showed that with the increase of Cu concentration in soil, Cu content in broccoli bulb and root showed an increasing trend.Cu content in flower bulb was higher than that in root under different concentrations.The Cu content of four varieties of broccoli flower bulb was linearly and positively correlated with its content in soil. The order of Cu absorption capacity of the four cultivars was "excellent cold tolerance">,"Tailü No.1">,"Zheqing 95">"Hailü".In general, broccoli was a crop with weak Cu absorption and enrichment ability, and it can be promoted and planted as a vegetable variety with low accumulation in the copper pollution zone.
