一例猫尿路阻塞继发急性肾衰竭的诊疗报告

A Report of the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Renal Failure Secondary to the Obstruction of the Cat Urinary Tract

2018年10月,接诊了一例1岁发病公猫,经病史调查及临床检查发现,该猫无食欲,呕吐,几天未排尿,有宿便,浑身无力不能站立,半昏迷状态,体温极低(低于35℃),初步诊断为尿路阻塞;采集血液和尿液,进行血常规检查、血清生化指标检测、血气检查和尿常规检查,确诊该猫患有急性肾衰竭。采取消除原发病,输液及皮下注射防止脱水和休克,根据实验室检测结果调整酸碱平衡,对症治疗,治疗6d后该猫痊愈出院。针对该病例提出了完善的诊断和治疗方法,具有一定的临床借鉴意义。

In Octorber of 2018, we received a case of one-year-old diseased male cat. After medical history survey and clinical examination,it was found that the diseased cat had the clinical symptoms of no appetite, vomiting, no micturition and stool excretion for a few days,impotent,semi-conscious state, very low body temperature(less than 35 ℃), so it was preliminarily urinary tract obstruction. The blood and urine were collected from diseased cat to make blood routine examination, serum biochemical detection and blood gas examination, urine routine examination,it was confirmed as acute renal failure. The primary diseases were eliminated, infusion and subcutaneous injection were made to prevent dehydration and shock. The acid-base balance was adjusted according to the laboratory test results. After treatment for 6 days, the cat cured. The author put forward perfect method of diagnosis and treatment for this disease, which had certain clinical significance.
