完善电子商务视域下农产品质量安全监管体系的对策研究

Countermeasure Research on Perfecting the Quality and Safety Supervision System of Agricultural Products under the Vision of Ecommerce

随着网络信息的不断进步,农产品电子商务的发展极大促进了农村经济的发展,已逐步成为国民经济的重要组成部分。我国农产品电子商务虽然已经建立了多种监管方式,然而农产品电子商务还存在市场监管缺位、安全监管不严、监管制度不合理,整体监管效果不佳等问题,直接制约其安全监管的精准性和有效性。笔者在我国农产品电商发展现状及农产品安全必要性的基础上,提出了完善农产品电商质量安全监管体系的对策。

With the continuous advancement of network information,the development of agricultural products e-commerce has greatly promoted the development of rural economy and has gradually become an important part of the national economy. Although China’s agricultural products e-commerce has established a variety of regulatory methods,however,agricultural products e-commerce still has problems such as lack of market supervision,lax safety supervision,unreasonable supervision system,and poor overall supervision effect,which directly restricts the accuracy of its safety supervision and effectiveness. Based on the current situation of China’s agricultural product e-commerce development and the necessity of agricultural product safety,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the quality and safety supervision system of agricultural products.
