家庭农场主职业认同分析

A Study on Family Farmer’s Professional Identity

家庭农场是我国农业现代化、乡村振兴的重要力量和依托,农场主的职业认同是影响家庭农场可持续发展的关键因素之一。通过问卷调查,运用描述统计、相关分析、主成分分析等方法进行数据分析,描述家庭农场主职业认同状况,并概括主要问题。结果表明,农场主年龄结构老化、职业能力虽有提升但总体较低、职业认同逐渐形成但仍然脆弱、合作意识有待提高等问题。为此,提出加大职业能力培训、促使农场主年龄结构年轻化、提高农场主的职业获得感、建立合作激励机制,以提升职业认同。

Family farm is an important force and support for China’s agricultural modernization and rural revitalization, and the farmer’s professional identity is one of the key factors affecting the sustainable development of family farm. Through questionnaire survey, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, principal component analysis were used to analyze the data, the status of family farmer’s professional identity was described and the main problems were summarized. According to the survey, most of the family farmers are male, with an average age of 45, and more than 60% of them have junior middle school education or below. The professionalism of the family farmers has been improved, their professional skills have been gradually improved, and their professional identity has been gradually formed. The study also found that the family farm has such problems as older farmers, lower professional ability, still fragile professional identity, and low sense of cooperation. Therefore, it is proposed to increase vocational competence training, promote younger age structure of farmers, improve farmer’s sense of professional acquisition, and establish a cooperative incentive mechanism to improve professional identity.
