短电弧铣削加工圆柱电极边角损耗研究 被引量:4

摘要 在短电弧铣削加工时,利用ANSYS有限元仿真软件对以去离子水为工作介质的极间电场分布进行数值模拟,分析了空心圆柱电极边角损耗的原因,以及不同电压和铣削深度下的电场分布对边角损耗的影响,并通过实验进行验证。结果表明:由于尖端放电效应的存在,电极边缘快速被损耗,电极其他部位随极间距离的减小也逐渐被损耗;随着电压和铣削深度的增大,电极击穿介质放电的区域变大,加工效率提高,电极边角损耗增大。 In a short arc milling machining,using ANSYS finite element simulation software to simulate the distribution of the polar electric field under deionized water as working medium,analysed the reasons of the marginal loss of hollow cylindrical electrode edges,and analysed the influence of electric field distribution on electrode marginal loss under different voltages and the milling depth,and verified by experiment.The results show that because of the existence of the tip discharge effect,the electrode edge was rapidly dissipated,and the other parts of the electrode were gradually reduced with the decrease of the extreme distance.With the increase of voltage and milling depth,the area of electrode breakdown dielectric discharge became larger and the machining efficiency was improved,and the electrode marginal loss was increased.
