一种天线用球节点的制造工艺与参数研究

摘要 球节点被广泛应用于地面雷达和卫星天线的主反射面桁架部位,由于其产品类型繁多,尺寸与几何精度要求高,长期以来选择加工工艺与加工参数一直是制造该类产品的难题。基于某型号天线用新型球节点的结构特点,提出新的工艺参数与工艺方案。首先利用车削受力模型与ABAQUS动态温度耦合模型,分析车削工艺方案与工艺参数的合理性;之后应用UG高级仿真-有限元分析模块对所设计的铣削工艺方案与参数进行分析;最后,结合UG数控编程模块生成加工信息并由河北创联机械制造有限公司进行零件的实际加工与装配。经过验证表明,零件满足设计与使用要求。实践证明了所设计的工艺方案与工艺参数的正确性与可行性,并为此类零件的工艺方案与参数研究提供了参考。 Sphere nodes are widely used in the key structural parts of ground radar and satellite antennas.However,due to its wide variety of products,size and geometric high accuracy requirements,processing technology and processing parameters has been a difficult problem for a long time in manufacturing such products.Based on the structural characteristics of a new type of sphere node for a certain type of antenna,a new process parameters and process scheme were proposed.Firstly,the turning stress model and ABAQUS dynamic temperature coupling model was used to analyze the rationality of the turning process plan and parameters;Next,the design of milling process scheme and parameters were analyzed by using UG advanced simulation-finite element;Finally,combined with UG CNC programming module to generate processing information and performed the actual processing and assembly of parts by Hebei Chuanglian Machinery Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.,it was verified to meet the design and use requirements.The correctness and feasibility of the designed process scheme and process parameters were verified,which provides reference for the study of the process scheme and parameters of this kind of parts.
