摘要 清华大学以政策管理和业务办理相融合、采购和资产管理相贯通、业务与财务相融合为主要思路,构建了"设备全生命周期管理平台"系统;用信息化手段实现了设备采购、建账、使用、处置的动态全过程闭环管理,实现了采购业务、使用管理的集成,并建立了依托信息系统的高校设备全生命周期管理的新模式.该文分析了平台的建设思路、体系设计、技术实现与应用创新,通过案例对比介绍平台产生的管理效益. Tsinghua University has constructed the “Equipment life cycle management platform” system with the integration of policy management and business processing, procurement and asset management, and business and finance. By means of information technology, the dynamic whole process closed-loop management of equipment procurement, accounting establishment, and utilization and disposal is realized. The integration of procurement business and utilization management is completed and a new model of the equipment life cycle management in colleges and universities relying on information system is established. This paper analyses the construction idea, system design, technology realization and application innovation of the platform and introduces the management benefits of the platform through the case comparison.
