摘要
该文阐述了在深化政府采购制度改革背景下,如何通过"互联网+"实施高校采购.在分析高校采购信息化建设在制度体系建设、数据顶层设计、分类实施采购、专家选取风险等4个方面面临的问题后,详细介绍了中山大学构建阳光采购信息化体系的经验和做法.
This paper expounds upon how to implement university procurement through the “Internet+” under the background of deepening the reform of government procurement system. After analyzing the problems faced by the information construction of university procurement in four aspects, such as system construction, top-level data design, classified procurement and risk of expert selection, this paper introduces the experience and practice of Sun Yat-sen University in constructing the sunshine procurement information system.
