摘要
设计制作了符合实验教学要求的电容式液位传感器参数测量实验.通过555定时器构成的多谐振荡器,将电容信号转变为脉冲信号频率的变化,输给单片机进行实时检测并计算出液位高度,触发相应功能电路进行液位显示和报警.设计了传感器测量电路模块﹑多谐振荡器电路模块﹑键盘与显示电路模块﹑电源电路模块以及软件程序,学生可根据具体需要设计不同量程的液位测量电路,应用场合和适用范围广.
Based on the principle of capacitive signal conversion, the parameter measurement experiment of a capacitive liquid level sensor is designed and established, which meets the requirements of experimental teaching. Through the multivibrator composed of 555 timer, the capacitance signal is transformed into the frequency change of the pulse signal, which is input to the single chip computer for real-time detection and calculation of the liquid level height, triggering the corresponding functional circuit for liquid level display and alarm. The sensor measurement circuit module, multi-resonator circuit module, keyboard and display circuit module, power supply circuit module and software program are designed. Students can design liquid level measurement circuits of different ranges according to specific needs, which have a wide range of applications and applications.
