摘要
朗缪尔探针诊断教学实验结合等离子体物理学科发展特色,针对直流辉光放电正柱区,同时设计了朗缪尔单探针和双探针的诊断实验.实验原理清晰,实验现象明显,实验结果可靠.通过对单探针和双探针诊断结果的对比分析,学生不仅学习了两种探针诊断的物理原理、诊断功能和分析方法,同时也认识到各自诊断技术的优缺点,锻炼了学生分析观察能力和创新思维能力,进而培养学生继续探索的科研兴趣.
The technology of Langmuir probe diagnosis is combined with the development characteristics of plasma physics. Aiming at the positive column region of DC glow discharge, the Langmuir probe diagnostic experiment with single probe and double probe is designed. The experimental principle is clear, the experimental phenomena are obvious, and the experimental results are reliable. By comparing and analyzing the diagnostic results of the single probe and double probe, students not only learn the physical principles, diagnostic functions and analytical methods of the two probes, but also recognize the advantages and disadvantages of their respective diagnostic techniques, which has trained students’ ability of analysis and observation and their creative thinking, and then cultivated their interest in scientific research to continue exploring and researching.
