摘要
介绍了一个由科研实验"一种Co(Ⅱ)MOF材料的合成及表征"转化而来的综合性实验教学设计。实验内容包含配体合成与分离、金属有机框架材料的溶剂热合成、晶体数据采集、结构解析与表达、产物物相分析、热重分析及气体吸附性能研究等,涵盖了本科生所学的有机化学、无机化学、配位化学等多方面知识。实验操作简单、可重复性好、结果可靠,既有利于培养学生的创新实践能力,又能激发他们的科研兴趣。
This paper introduces a design on the comprehensive experimental teaching transformed from scientific research experiment “Synthesis and characterization of a Co(Ⅱ)MOF material”. The experimental content includes the ligand synthesis and separation, solvothermal synthesis of metal-organic framework materials, crystal data acquisition, structure analysis and expression, product phase analysis, thermogravimetric analysis and gas adsorption performance research, etc., which covers the undergraduates’ knowledge of organic chemistry, inorganic chemistry, coordination chemistry and so on. The experiment is easy to operate, reproducible and reliable, which cannot only cultivate students’ innovative and practical ability, but also stimulate their interest in scientific research.
